Matt Krueger grew up in Marshall, WI and took part in a two-year Business Management program at Madison Area Technical College (MATC). Matt entered the career world in retail as a Retail Sales Manager and continued this role for 10 years. Looking for a new career, Matt entered the Hotel/Restaurant business until his friend referred him to Northwestern Mutual. Matt describes his job as a puzzle because the connections he makes with people allow each day to vary with the next. Matt Krueger had an interest in becoming a part of the management team so that he may continue to lead by example.  Matt Krueger served as a College Unit Director in 2007-2008 before becoming a Managing Director in December 2008.  Read more about our District Agency on its official website.
