Laura Hess has been on Matt's team since June 2007. She became an Associate Financial Representative in October 2007. She is licensed in life and disability insurance for the state of Wisconsin. Laura became a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services in April 2008. 

Laura assumed a role of Director of Operations for the Krueger Financial Group in December 2008.  She manages Matt Krueger's business operations.  Laura anticipates the needs of the office, plans for its development, and takes action to develop plans to maintain office and employee standards. 

Laura resides with her husband, Sean, and five children in Milton, WI along with their boxer-beagle dog, Kyra.  She loves watching and participating with her children in all of their many activities and sports. 
 

Matt Callaghan began his career at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative Intern.  He assumed a role of Associate Financial Representative in November, 2008.  Matt performs the day to day operational procedures for investment business: including processing investment accounts and trades, providing account reviews and analyses on behalf of Matthew Krueger, providing client service, and maintaining compliance procedures for our Janesville, WI and Rockford, IL offices.

Matt enjoys coaching and playing soccer and basketball, music, and reading.  He resides in Rockton, IL. 

Jessica joined the Krueger Financial Group in December 2008.  Jessica's role is multi-faceted.  She is a Marketing Assistant for Matt Krueger and a New Representative Support person for the agency.  Jessica is responsible for scheduling appointments with Matt and maintaining his calendar.  She supports new financial representatives in both the Janesville, WI and Rockford, IL offices. 

Jessica resides in Janesville with her husband, Brad and dog, Romey. 

Judi is the Director of Recruitment and Development for The Krueger Financial Group.  Judi helps identify and select individuals that are entrepreneurial and want to help make a difference financially in people's lives to join our firm.  Judi is drawn to individuals of exceptional talent, drive, and ability.  She represents The Krueger Financial Group with offices in Janesville, WI and Rockford, IL. 

Judi resides in Loves Park, IL with her husband, Will and sons Ryan and Will.  She loves spending time with her family especially her boys' sporting events.  She also enjoys traveling.  Judi keeps busy with their new puppy, Cooper.
